  • Managed the launch of Mobile application and Internet Banking at the start of my tenure.
  • Designed and developed email templates for customer communications.
  • Integrated Instant Fund Transfer (National Payment Switch Bangladesh/QCASH Channel) in collaboration with  MISL, ITC, and Bangladesh Bank.
  • Implemented Mobile Financial Service  integrations with bKash, NAGAD, and ITC teams.

  • Edited and produced video content for Internet Banking conferences.
